Q: Which carnival are your costumes for?
A: This year we'll be at two carnivals.
First we'll be at Berlin Carnival with Carnival Fever Ent, which takes place from June 6th - June 9th 2019.
Afterwards we'll be at Rotterdam Carnival Unlimited with Caribbean Love, which takes place on July 27th 2019.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept cash payments, major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Q: Can I spread out my costume payments?
A: Yes, we welcome and accept instalments. The online shop was created with split payments in mind but make sure you add the correct option to your shopping basket. If you would like to split your payments, please select the 'DEPOSIT' amount and when you return to clear your balance, you must add '2ND PAYMENT' and/ or 3RD PAYMENT option to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout. It is also your responsibility to ensure your balance is cleared by the deadline date, which is 2 months before the parades.
Q: How do I clear my balance?
A: Please select '2ND PAYMENT' and/ or 3RD PAYMENT option for the section you registered in and proceed to checkout. You must also submit your deposit reference number so we can link the payment to your previous order.
Q: Can I order extra items with my costume?
A: All costumes have the same additional options. Standard additional options on all costumes are feathered add ons. See shop for prices.
If you'd like customized items that are not displayed in your desired costume choice, please send us an email.
A separate invoice will be sent to you.
Q: When do I collect my costume?
A: Our aim is to distribute the costumes at least 1 week in advance.
The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders, posted to our website and advertised on our social media accounts.
Q: What do I get when I come to Costume Distribution?
A: You will receive your costume box & feathered add ons, a Coruva goodie bag, filled with carnival essentials & a wristband. Your costume is not complete without a wristband and masqueraders not wearing their wristband will be removed from the band.
Q: Can I change my mind about the option I want after I've paid my deposit?
A: Unfortunately not. Once you have paid your deposit, your costume will be created and cater to your specific measurements. Therefore, it cannot be changed.
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: The deposit to secure your carnival costume is non-refundable.
Q: What happens if I miss the last payment date?
A: If you have only paid your deposit, the costume will be offered to individuals on the waiting list. If a prior agreement has been made, the costume will still be available to you. Costume collection is only possible once you've paid in full.
